Virtual Assistants can work for anyone! However, the most common clients are self employed business owners who don’t need full time employees and instead need a few hours support a week maintaining admin, social media or other business related support.

I work on retainer contracts meaning you choose a set number of hours to secure per week. I then time track any work that I do using a tool called Toggl and send you an invoice and timesheet at the end of the month.

The average hourly rate for Virtual Assistants in the UK is £30 per hour (slowly on the rise to £35 per hour!). I currently charge £30 per hour for all my contracts and only raise this in line with inflation or increased years of experience.

Normally, I will schedule a one to one weekly catch up varying from 15-45 minutes depending on your time allocation or the need for shared work. Outside of these catch ups I communicate via WhatsApp and for some clients I have additional body doubling sessions to help increase productivity, particularly with neurodivergent clients.

A discovery call is an opportunity for potential clients to meet with a Virtual Assistant to decide if they would be a good fit. It is a bit like an informal interview! We normally cover topics like the type of support you are looking for, how many hours of support you require and I answer any questions that you have for me!

Amazing! I will then send you over a draft contract, terms of business and data processing agreement for you to review, sign and send back to me. We will agree a start date and set up an onboarding call, then go from there!
